Robert Kelsey

Robert L. Kelsey is the Associate Editor of the Environmental Law Reporter. For two years, he was a member of the Washington College of Law Sustainable Development Law and Policy brief, one of those years serving as a member of the blog team. Prior to joining ELI, he served as an intern to the Environmental Protection Agency Next Generation Enforcement Division and the Environmental Council of the States. Robert graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.A. in Philosophy and earned a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law.
