Stefanie Garcia

Stefanie Garcia serves as ELI’s HR Director of People & Equity. Guiding ELI’s efforts to ensure a diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization, she works to support each employee’s professional development and journey. Stefanie is proud to lead the Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee at ELI, furthering the goals of the Institute through action and education. Prior to joining ELI, Stefanie worked at Avalere Health in Human Resources establishing processes and procedures to improve employee engagement and strengthen the business through its people.

Stefanie is a graduate of New York University. She received her Diversity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University in 2021 and obtained her People Manager Qualification from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) in 2022.
