Please join us on March 28, 2025, from 9:30 a.m.–2:45 p.m. ET (in-person and via webinar) for the 2025 Environmental Law and Policy Annual Review (ELPAR) Conference in Washington, D.C. The in-person component will take place at the Environmental Law Institute’s offices. Each year, Vanderbilt Law School and the Environmental Law Institute identify innovative environmental law and policy proposals in the academic literature. Leading professors, policymakers, and practitioners were invited to discuss the proposals selected this year.
