The Clearinghouse’s Community Lawyering CLE series focuses on issues attorneys often face during environmental pro bono representation. The first in the series is required viewing for all Clearinghouse attorney members. Subsequent CLEs center on how to handle potential conflicts, permitting issues, and more.
