Key Provisions:

Montana school health rules were amended in 2020 to include provisions addressing indoor air quality and ventilation. The rules include certain cleaning and maintenance requirements, including a ban on the use of deodorizers and odor-masking agents, and also state that:  “As current non-green cleaning supplies are depleted it is recommended that they are replaced with cleaning products that are 'Green Products.'"
