About the Author

Stephen M. Johnson is a Professor and Associate Dean at Mercer University Law School in Macon, Georgia, where he teaches courses in environmental law and torts. He has also taught as a Fulbright lecturer in Japan at Waseda University and the University of Tokyo, and has visited at Notre Dame Law School, Queen Mary College at the University of London, and Strathclyde University in Scotland.
