Victoria Molyneaux joined ELI as the 2022-2023 Public Interest Law Fellow in September 2022. Her work includes assessing the feasibility of natural and nature-based flood control measures in the Mississippi River Basin, analyzing Tribal consultation requirements for local governments in California, educating state and federal judges on climate issues, and connecting attorneys across the nation with environmental pro bono opportunities. Before coming to ELI, Victoria served as a law clerk with the California Department of Justice, Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, and Council on Environmental Quality. She holds a J.D from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science with a minor in Environmental Science and Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, from which she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with highest distinction.
