Both New York and New Jersey are drafting guidance on vapor intrusion--the passage of gases from contaminated groundwater or soil into buildings or residences. This program will feature expert engineers, lawyers, and insurers outlining the New York and New Jersey programs, new developments in the science of vapor intrusion pathways, and innovative insurance tools to help protect against such risks.

Speakers will include Franklin W. Boenning (Counsel, Environmental Department at Lowenstein Sandler, PC), Frank Natitus (Senior Environmental Engineer, ARCADIS), Howard M. Tollin (Managing Director, Legal Practice Division of Breitstone & Co. Ltd.), Nicholas Valkenburg (Vice President, ARCADIS), and Nadine Weinberg (Senior Risk Assessor, ARCADIS).
