Corporate managers and environmental attorneys are confronting risks of a different nature and magnitude than they have ever before. This event was a policy roundtable that provided information and updates, but also encouraged discussion and sharing of information, ideas, and possible risk management approaches.

Presenters:

Timothy Fields, Vice President, DC Operations, Tetra Tech, Inc. and Former EPA Assistant Administrator for Solid Waste and Emergency Response;
Joe Boren, President, AIG Environmental;
Dr. Sandra Hearne, Executive Director, Trust for America’s Health; Visiting Scholar, Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health; and
Truman Semans, Director for Markets and Business Strategy, Pew Center on Global Climate Change.

The discussion was moderated by Gary Guzy, Marsh National Practice Leader for Emerging Environmental Risk and former EPA General Counsel.
