Do Americans Think Wetlands Are Worth Conserving?

For someone who loves wetlands and thinks they are the best natural answer to water quality issues, flooding problems, and increasing wildlife diversity, this has been a hard year so far to feel good! We started with the 112th U.S. Congress' initial legislative effort, where the U.S. House of Representative's fiscal year 2011 budget bill, House Resolution 1, zeroed out funding for the North American Wetlands Conservation Act.
