Summary
On October 8-10, 1986, the Association of State Wetland Managers is holding a national wetlands symposium entitles, "Mitigation of Impacts and Losses." Although mitigation is not a new concern for those involved in wetlands science and regulation, this controversial subject has been receiving increased attention from government agencies and Congress.
