Summary
The New Hampshire Special Board on Dredge and Fill accepted an offer to settle a lawsuit brought by the New Hampshire Association of Conservation Commissions and the Selectmen and Conservation Commission of Thornton, New Hampshire. The plaintiffs contended that the Board violated legal protocols in a stream bank stabilization project. The Board agreed to comply in the future and do some restoration in the area.
